Kit includes collection cup with temperature strip, lid, specimen cup for transportation of specimen to the lab, and laboratory specimen bag (double-pouch).

This kit is used for specimens being sent to labs for testing. Includes urine collection cup with temperature strip, specimen bag and specimen vial. Collect urine in large cup, pour sample into vial. If results are positive (also known as non-negative), affix seal from the chain of custody form. Insert vial and copy of the chain of custody form in specimen bag and send to lab for confirmation testing.
