RealityCHECK One-Step Drug Screen Card

Remove cap from end of screening card and immerse the strip(s) of the test card vertically in the urine specimen for at least 10-15 seconds. Urine sample should not touch plastic device.

Place RealityCHECK screen card on a non-absorbent flat surface. The results can normally be read within 3-5 minutes.

A negative test is indicated by showing a line in the control (C) and test (T) region for each designated drug (Even a faint line indicates a negative result, do not compare intensity of lines). A presumptive positive is indicated by showing a line in the control (C) region but not the test (T) region for each designated drug. An invalid test is indicated by the absence of the control line (C) regardless of the test (T) line. If this happens another test is required. Results can be read for up to four hours after test activation.
