As an employer, using a laboratory to handle the complete drug testing process helps you in several ways:
- If you use lab services instead of instant drug testing, the collector saves time by not having to wait the three to 10 minutes it takes to interpret the results of instant drug tests.
- Lab experts with years of experience interpret all results.
- No instant drug test with non-negative results is complete without a lab confirmation process and a certified medical review officer (MRO) to interpret those results.
National lab network
WOLFE maintains relationships with multiple laboratories and collection sites across the United States and offers a full range of capabilities so we can find the best fit for your needs. Factors such as geography, industry and type of testing will determine the best choice for your organization.
WOLFE works with SAMHSA-certified laboratories that facilitate drug testing for federally regulated industries .
WOLFE also maintains strong relationships with an accredited forensic lab, an accredited clinical lab, and certain specialty labs that serve non-regulated industries or specialized drug testing requirements.
To ensure the highest industry standards, WOLFE runs blind quality assurance checks regularly on our laboratory partners. We carefully balance the need for a low-cost solution against quality, convenience and timely service. In developing our lab network, WOLFE has painstakingly evaluated the capabilities of all of our partner labs. We have monitored performance against response time, certification, cost, quality, and staying up on the latest technology.
Collection sites
WOLFE has a network of more than 7,000 collection facilities across the United States. We set up and facilitate all testing arrangements with these collection sites to make it easy for our customers and donors. We will equip your organization with all needed collection supplies including chain-of-custody forms, lab packs, air bills, specimen bottles, collection instructions and authorization forms. To meet any specific needs you may have, we offer custom kit packaging.
