WOLFE takes the hassle out of adverse action administration for your human resources and legal departments. We can send pre-adverse and post-adverse letters directly to your candidates, taking the onus off your organization for any decline to offer employment. Recipients who wish to dispute the letters will be directed to our contact information. If court documents show that changes need to be made to an individual's background information, we will make those changes and provide re-reports to your company.

To protect candidate privacy, WOLFE can enable you to limit access to specific background information. We offer adjudicated reports that show only a pass or fail comment to human resources and management staff. We can also mask report viewing for selected information that you do not want viewed by lower management, while making full reports viewable by upper management or human resources only.
