WOLFE makes the dispute process easy by allowing your candidates to contact us directly when they dispute reported information. Our pre-employment consumer report process gives your candidates an opportunity to provide us with supporting documentation for challenging any reportable information in their background screening results. This occurs primarily when courts have not correctly recorded sealed records or expungements. The candidate can obtain corrected information from the courts and provide it directly to WOLFE. We verify it with the courts and re-report it to you.
It is rare for background screening information from our sources to be incorrect. At the same time, all candidates are entitled legally to dispute reported information. When they do, we resolve the matter for you directly from start to finish.
