WOLFE has taken every physical and technological step to ensure that your applicant information is secure.
At our state-of-the-art data center, all visitors must sign in and be cleared to enter. Authorized personnel accompany them at all times. The facility has pass-code entrances and high-definition video monitoring in all key areas.
No one can access data without logging in with a user ID and password. We issue secure, confidential usernames and passwords to individual users, not a department. Our system authenticates the user on every transaction.
We encrypt all data to and from our application servers with a 128-bit SSL certificate, issued and authenticated by data security measures. Dual-level firewall technology protects our application servers against hackers and viruses.
WOLFE maintains Cybertrust security certification. For added security and preparedness, we subscribe to the United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT), a partnership between the Department of Homeland Security and the public and private sectors to defend against and respond to cyber attacks nationwide.
WOLFE views, transmits and disposes of all documents and consumer information in compliance with the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA).
